Do your throw pillows haveto matchthe fabric of your sofa?
My sofa is microsuede, the color is chocolate brown. It came with 2 throw pillows that match the color and fabric ofthe sofa. However, I am looking for light teal colored throw pillows (prefferably microsuede) to accent the rest of the colors in the room. Myquestion is: If can't find microsuede throw pillows in the color I want, would it be tacky to go with a different kind of fabric, like cotton or silk etc.?
No. Differing fabrics and textures are very much in style and look pretty great as long as it goes with something else in the room. I think it should be mixed up a bit.
