What can I expect to get from an airline if I complain about not getting a meal i ordered?
I ordered a kosher meal on a flight and when it came to serving the food they said that they did not have any kosher meals on board. If were to complain to the airline would i get anything or would they just say sorry and thats it
First it isn't the airlines fault however more the fault of the caterers. You should complain however make sure you get a copy of your PNR which states that a Kosher meal was ordered.
