My daughter pretended to breastfeed her baby doll in daycare and they put her in timeout?
She didn't lift her shirt or anything she just put the baby doll by her boobs and said " look I feeding my baby" and the daycare lady told me she was placed in time out and wasn't allowed to return there because she was teaching the other kids to do "bad" things..seriously she's 3..do you think they are wrong to kick her out of the daycare over this?

They're VERY wrong for doing that to her. I suppose if she would've picked up a bottle and pretended to feed her baby, that would be acceptable. How ridiculous. You should have a word with the director.
Oh I missed the part about her getting kicked out. File a complaint with the social services agency in your area, as they are the ones that police daycare centers. And read your contract to find any clause about "pretending to breastfeed". If there is none, be sure and show it to the social services officials.
If you've lost any money by their actions, either from paid tuition or days of work lost, you can and should bring them to small claims court. The fee is about 50 dollars, and if you win the director has to pay that back to you as well.
