I am too attached to my things?
My family is moving to California. actually, only my grandma and I. We have to leave my mom behind till she finishes school. That already is hard for me.
I have a dollhouse I had since I was a baby. Growing up, I loved it and was always playing in it. Now, I have to give it away. I am crying so hard because I had so many memories in it. I also have to give away my stuffed toys. My grandma already threw out the teddy bear my father (who died when I was 3) had written on it for me.
This is all going too fast and I cannot give things away. I just cant. I dont like the thought of other people playing with the things that mean most to me and potentially ruining them.
The memories are still there, the physical item just isn't. You'll get over it.
