Wonderful Christmas Gifts, Homes for the Dolls and Stuffed Bears!
One of the most rewarding moments in a childs growing up years is when they are presented with homes for their beloved doll or stuffed bear. The homes for dolls and stuffed bears usually start out with boxes or special spaces made with blankets in the front room or in their bedrooms. Many hours can be spent building a doll or stuffed bear home with your child. The use of boxes is a great way to create a wonderful (if not humble) first home for your boy or girl's doll or stuffed bear. Tapping together boxes and cutting out doors and windows, this can be used by your boy or girl while playing house with their doll or stuffed bear.
Christmas time is a wonderful time of year when boys and girls love to get their first brand new real doll or stuffed bear home. There are many dollhouses available and not difficult to find, however can be a decision that does require some care and thought. There are a few critical things to consider when selecting a dollhouse.
The first thing to consider is location to place the dollhouse. The placement of the dollhouse needs to be considered first as it will help to narrow the selection of the many dollhouses available today. Usual places for a dollhouse are in the front room, boy or girls bedrooms but one of the great places for a dollhouse can be the bedroom closet. This can help remove the temptation of your boy or girl trying to climb on top of the dollhouse.
The second thing to consider is size. Many times the love of one doll or stuffed bear requires the need for company. You need to consider not only the size of the location of where you will place the dollhouse but also if room "in" the dollhouse will be for only one doll or stuffed bear or if you will need to populate the new dollhouse.
The third thing to consider is if the dollhouse should be portable. Most portable dollhouses are smaller, which does make it easy to move but most of the time the space inside the dollhouse then is really for smaller dolls and stuffed bears might not be able to fit well in residence.
The fourth and last thing to consider is dollhouse accessories. Many dollhouses today will come with accessories but might be too small for toddlers to play with. Some dollhouses are built for a more rugged use and accessories are of a larger size but still may need parental supervision as well as when they play with their dollhouse.
Finding the perfect dollhouse for your son or daughter is not too difficult but does require some thought and the life long memories it will bring will last a life time for both your child and you.
