Handmade Early
Does anyone know of a buyer of vintage toys (think early 1970's)?

My collection has sentimental value to me but I am considering selling them, possibly on e-bay. I am wondering whether I will do better and be happier about selling them to someone who appreciates them. They are in fair to excellent condition. E.g., Screech, Spinning Wheel, Close N' Play Phonograph, Barbie camper, Timey Tell Doll, Chrissy Doll, Velvet Doll, Baby Tenderlove, Peachy and her Puppets, Dawn dolls & case, handmade Barbie clothes, doll clothes, etc.

Check out "foundvalue.com"

Post an ad on craigslist.com before e-bay, if you want to first try to sell for a high price (with free posting)... because you might find a collector in your area who would pay dearly.

hand-made barbie clothes might not go for as much as the real ones, nor would your barbies if that's the only clothes they have...

You might find that your sentimental value is worth much more than the dollar value. You don't want to regret selling (especially at a low cost) if they can be cherished by you, and later handed down to family
