What are some of your traditional Thanksgiving dishes?
I don't do Thanksgiving anymore since my mom passed away. I'll probably go through all my leftover veggies in the fridge and make some homemade veggie beef soup.
But when my mom was still around, she used to make this stuff called "pink stuff" that I really liked. It was like an ambrosia. It was cool whip, cherry jello powder, cottage cheese, maraschino cherries, walnuts, mini marshmallows, and crushed pineapple. It was delicious.
I like leftover sandwiches the best. Turkey with some stuffing, cranberry sauce and butternut squash sandwiches. Yummy.
