I build custom Furniture...how & where do I sell?
I build good quality bookshelves, DVD cases, cabinets, Mission-style coffee & end tables. All my work is either solid oak, cherry, walnut. I've made several pieces and sold them from word of mouth but I looking for a way to sell several peices a Month.
Any suggestions.

I would do all of the things others suggested, but first explore your local options. Make a list of all the local furniture stores and start calling their managers or people who place their supply orders. Tell them you make furniture and are interested in finding out if and how you can get it into their showroom. If they can't help you the least they can do is refer you to their supplier or corporate offices which you can call and tell the same thing. Call everyone, ask them for advice and get phone numbers and names from them of people you can call if they can't help. I would'nt be surprised if you not only found some stores that will sell your furniture but a supplier who can. At the very least one of them will be able to point you to someone who specializes in reselling or distributing your particular style of furniture too. It's just a matter of finding all the channels for your niche.
