how do i paint my kitchen table black?
my boyfriend and i are redoing our apartment in a modern theme and want to paint our kitchen table black. i think it is made of pine and so are all the chairs. they are light in color and are in good shape. I have a can of flat black paint, brushes and rollers, and plenty of sandpaper. i know i will need a primer. is there anything else i need to know or get? thanks!
also, is flat black ok or do i need something else?
if you want it shiny use gloss i would rub it down with paint thinner first, to get all the wax off or the paint wont stick
